Thank you for being part of Phone Repair Fest 2.0. Because our event involves international logistics, factory coordination, and pre-allocated competition slots, we maintain a strict policy regarding all purchases.
1. Event Tickets & Competition Fees
- No Refunds: All ticket sales (General Admission, VIP, or 2-Day Passes) and Competition Registration fees (CPU Repair, Open Reglass, Rising Star) are strictly non-refundable.
- Reasoning: Once a slot is booked, it is removed from the public inventory, and resources are allocated for your participation.
